• Develop and implement performance management processes and systems.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to define performance expectations and goals.
• Design and deliver training programs on performance management best practices.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate calibration sessions.
• Design and implement recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain employees.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in performance management

• Advanced English level is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or a related role.
• Knowledge of performance management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with performance management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
