Overview

As an RPA Developer II, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent programming skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for automation and optimization.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and document process workflows.
  • Write and maintain high-quality code/scripts to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
  • Implement best practices in coding and scripting to ensure maintainability and scalability of RPA solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues or bugs in the automation scripts and provide timely resolutions.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including technical design documents, user guides, and test cases.
  • Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements made to the RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT support, and end-users, to ensure successful implementation and integration of RPA solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with version control systems and software development methodologies.

  • Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant RPA certifications are a plus.
