We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Product Owner to join our dynamic innovation team. As a Product
Owner, you will play a key role in shaping the product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams,

and driving the execution of product enhancements. This role is ideal for someone with a solid track
record in product development, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and the ability to lead
initiatives with increasing responsibilities.

• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and refine the product vision, strategy,
  and roadmap.
• Take ownership of prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with the development team to refine user stories, gather requirements, and define acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to drive strategic product decisions.
• Make informed decisions based on data analysis, user research, and business goals to drive the product strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with user research techniques and market analysis.
