We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Business Analyst to play a key role in advancing our organization's analytical capabilities. In this position, you will leverage your seasoned analytical skills to drive impactful business solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will take on a more independent role, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Independently conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Identify and champion opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and meticulously document comprehensive business requirements.
  • Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, define project scope, and achieve consensus among stakeholders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with IT teams to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications.
  • Provide expertise and support in the ongoing training of end-users.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting and manipulating complex data sets.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Agile methodologies with proven experience working in Agile project environments.

  • Solid understanding of business process modeling and documentation techniques.

  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Competencies:

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in relevant programming languages and design tools.
  • Design Thinking: Applying design thinking methodologies to problem-solving. Conducting user interviews and advanced usability testing.
  • Prototyping: Creating interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations. Rapid prototyping skills.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, business analysts). Ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Understanding of iterative development processes.
  • Customer Advocacy: Advocating for the end-users and ensuring their needs are prioritized. Proactively seeking and incorporating customer feedback.
