At Alexandra Lozano, We are looking for Immigration Attorneys, Criminal Attorneys and Personal Injury. We are a fast paced Law Firm with over 90% winning ratio. We handle complex immigration, Crimmigration and PI cases and are committed to representing individuals and families. 

This in an onsite role in our office at Tukwila, WA

*Relocation bonus available 

• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, including removal defense, asylum claims, and appeals.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and petitions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy.
• Provide legal advice and consultation to clients regarding their immigration status and options.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and court personnel in both English and Spanish.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing immigration  or Crimmigration law. 
• Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
• Successful completion of the bar exam
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
• Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base
• Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience with immigration court proceedings, including asylum cases and removal proceedings, is highly desirable.
•  This is a 100% onsite job.

Salary starts at $120,000 annual depending of years of experience.
