Oversees and manages projects that involve technology, such as software development, hardware installation, network upgrades, etc.  The  IT PM is also responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technical projects within the scope, budget, and timeline.

• Developing and managing the IT projects plan, communication plan, resource plan, and processes 
• Analyzing and defining the project requirements and specifications with the stakeholders 
• Assigning and monitoring the tasks of the technical team members and ensuring they meet the quality standards 
• Communicating with the clients and vendors on the project status, issues, risks, and changes 
• Researching and evaluating the best technology solutions and making recommendations for purchase or implementation 
• Hiring, training, and mentoring the technical staff and providing them with feedback and guidance

• Position is 100% onsite 
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related field 
• Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, tools, and methodologies used in technical projects 
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex and large-scale technical projects 
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills 
• A high level of attention to detail and quality assurance
• A minimum of five years of experience as a technical project manager or a similar role 
• An ability to independently manage large projects and adhere to budgets and schedules 
• An ability to translate big-picture goals into measurable milestones 
• A familiarity with licensing or certifications such as PMI, PMP, CSM, ITIL, DCN, DWDM, SDH, IP, VCP, MCITP etc.
