As an Intake Manager, you will be responsible for managing the intake process of new clients, customers, or cases within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, gathering necessary information, and coordinating with various departments to meet client needs.


  • Oversee the intake process for new clients or customers, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement efficient onboarding procedures to streamline the intake process.
  • Collect relevant information from clients or customers to initiate the onboarding process.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of client information in the organization's systems.
  • Collaborate with different departments, such as sales, customer service, and operations, to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Communicate client requirements and expectations to relevant teams.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised during the intake process.
  • Work closely with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the intake process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement improvements to streamline workflows and reduce processing times.
  • Provide training to staff involved in the intake process to ensure consistency and compliance with established procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate relevant updates into the intake process.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators related to the intake process.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, intake management or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
