As a Networking Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing network infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining network security. Your bilingual skills in English and Spanish will be essential for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in IT networking roles.
• Previous managerial experience preferred.
3. Skills:
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proficient in networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
4. Certifications (optional but beneficial):
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• CompTIA Network+
