As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy by deeply understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations. You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing  usability studies. You will lead and execute user research initiatives, providing valuable insights that inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, strategic vision, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantiative user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other methods to gather actionable insights.
• Analyze research findings and synthesize them into clear, actionable recommendations that inform product strategy and design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure user needs are at the forefront of decision-making processes.
• Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
• Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through writen and oral presentations.
• Mentor and coach junior UX researchers on the team.
• Perform usability studies with consumers.
• Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data.
• Use a diverse set of UX research tools

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience conducting user research in a product development environment, with a strong portiolio demonstrating impactiul insights and outcomes.
• Proficiency in a variety of research methods, including but not limited to usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings to diverse audiences and influence decision-making processes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
