As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing technology projects. This position involves leading project planning, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, communication plans, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and define project requirements and specifications.
  • Lead and monitor tasks of the technical team, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors on project status, issues, risks, and changes.
  • Research and evaluate technology solutions, providing recommendations for implementation.

 

Competencies: 

  • Technical Skills (TPM III):
    • Advanced understanding of programming languages.
    • Experience with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
    • Problem Solving:
      • Ability to analyze and solve simple technical problems.
      • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
    • Communication:
      • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • User-Centric Thinking:
      • Deep understanding of user needs and experiences.
      • Proficient usability testing and user feedback interpretation.
    • Project Management:
      • Advanced in project management skills.
      • Time management and prioritization of tasks.
    • Agile Methodology:
      • Advanced working in Agile/Scrum environments.
      • Advanced knowledge of iterative development processes.
    • Customer Advocacy:
      • Advocating for the end-users and ensuring their needs are prioritized.
      • Proactively seeking and incorporating customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in project management, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2).
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical project management.
  • Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
