A marketing coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of various campaigns and projects. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan, analyze and implement the strategies across multiple channels. Your creative mindset and organizational skills will be instrumental in achieving our marketing. Your duties include but not limited to:


  • Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, website etc.
  • Assist in the planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns within the firm. Included but not limited to SMS, social media, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze the data from the channels used within the company.
  • Create questionnaires needed within the department for different purposes such as clients’ registrations or questionnaires to understand the clients’ needs.
  • Collaboration and communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment throughout the marketing process. Central point of contact for marketing-related inquiries and coordination.
  • Support the marketing team, keep track of invoices, meetings and project plan updates.
  • Provide strong client support and coordination for clients to improve our client experience. 
  • Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes.
  • Other Job duties as assigned.


  • Located in Bgotá, Colombia - office is required
  • Bilingual required. Spanish and English. An Oral and written English proficiency test will be performed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with all levels of personnel.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or another related field.
  • Knows how to prioritize tasks while being flexible and adaptable
  • Strongly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A person who acts with integrity, and professionalism. Must be able to maintain confidentiality due to information that may be acquired working with the lead Marketing team.
  • Thrives in a team environment but also enjoys working independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Google Suite and related software is a plus.
