The Revenue Analyst II plays a key role in the finance team, providing analytical support and insights to drive revenue optimization and strategic decision-making. This position involves advanced data analysis, financial modeling, and collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and reporting.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Compiles and analyzes detailed revenue information for the all entities
  • Monitors economic conditions and conducts revenue forecast analysis, suggests strategies to boost revenue
  • Reviews organization billing practices in Lithify to ensure accuracy and proper revenue recognition
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly annual reports for management
  • Support big data projects and other finance analyses as needed
  • Monthly deep dive into revenue breakdown (down payments, monthly payments, etc.)
  • Administer revenue calculator for monthly updated forecasts
  • Quality assurance on all data related to revenue for all clients on Lithify (campaigns, sources, payment plans, etc.)
  • Analyze, propose and manage client discounts and promotional deals in conjunction with operations and marketing (ensures communication amongst departments)

Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years related experience
  • Big data analysis experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Finance background or qualifiable experience
  • Lithify experience a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Proactive and takes initiative
