We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Identity Access Manager to join our team. As an Identity Access Manageryou will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the security of user access to our information systems and applications.

Role is onsite based in Barrio Santa Barbara, in Bogota. 

• Responsibilities:

  • Administer user access and permissions to information systems and applications.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain access control policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve access-related issues and incidents.
  • Monitor access logs and generate reports to identify unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
  • Work closely with other security professionals to enhance access control measures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to access control.
  • Provide user training on access control policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of access control documentation.

1. Requirements:

   • Bilingual English/Spanish 
   • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
   • Minimum of 4 years of experience in access control or a related role.
   • Minimum of 2 years in a lead, supervisor or manager role within IT. 
   • Familiarity with access control systems and tools.
   • Understanding of identity and access management principles.
   • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
   • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
   • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to access control (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

   Preferred:

   • Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent.
   • Experience with access control technologies (e.g., IAM solutions).
   • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
