The Client Correspondence Center Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and
managing the internal back office operations within the organization. They lead and
supervise a team of back office specialists or administrative staff, ensuring efficient and
accurate processing of documentation, and other administrative tasks. The Client
Correspondence Center Supervisor collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize
processes, resolve issues, and enhance overall operational efficiency. They provide
guidance, support, and training to the team members, ensuring a high level of performance
and quality in back office operations


1. In charge of overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Client
Correspondence Center by monitoring, directing and coordinating activities
2. Set goals for the team and make sure they comply with the Firm plans and
3. Manage workflow, creating and managing team schedules, Managing
PTO/TIme off Requests. Reporting to HR and senior management:
Absences, Tardiness, Write-ups, Performance Improvement Plans.
4. Manage a team of employees by providing constant feedback, assigning
tasks, providing direction and communicating the Company’s goals.
5. Help to resolve employee issues and disputes
6. Assess the work performance of their employees, identifying areas that need
improvement. Report performance results to the management team
7. Train and onboard new employees to make sure they understand their roles.
Update and assure training materials and SOPs are up to date.
8. Execute new processes/firm updates and keep materials up to date


  • 1. Proven experience in administrative, back office operations or a similar role, with a
    focus on operational efficiency and team management.
    2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a
    team to achieve performance goals.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
    collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels.
    4. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make
    data-driven decisions to improve back office operations.
    5. Proficiency in back office software, data management systems, and other relevant
    6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle
    complex and challenging situations related to back office operations.
    7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
    tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    8. Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and data
    entry software.
    9. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to identify errors and
    make necessary corrections.
    10. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
    11. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with


Salary starts at $70,000/yr based in years of experience
