As our internal/external Communications Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing our
internal communications strategy to ensure that our rapidly growing team is engaged, supported, and
inspired by their work at Abogada Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law firm and our culture. Working
alongside the Chief Marketing Officer you’ll act as a key conduit between leadership and the
organization, keeping our team informed of leadership updates and priorities. You’ll also own and
develop content for company-wide events such as our Town Hall addresses, and other company wide,
Q&A sessions. Your work will directly impact and define what it means for both our current and
prospective employees to work at AA and will be pivotal in driving the continued growth and success
of AA and our team.
*This is an onsite position, based in Tukwuila,WA*
•Develop and implement Bilingual internal communications campaigns and engagement
strategies that will help further organizational goals
•Showcase knowledge of mission and vision through the art of storytelling
•Define key performance indicators for each communications channel to monitor success
•Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and
policies for various situations or crises
•Review press releases, business correspondence, and create speeches, as needed
•Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and
stakeholders
•Oversee the creation of communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the
organization's brand, including internal newsletters, website copy, presentation materials, and
more.

•Coach and assist team members on improving communication skill.
•Research and apply for relevant awards that enhance our ability to recruit new talent (e.g.,
Best Places to Work)
•Support other departments as needed with communication initiatives
•Maintain a communications calendar
•Over the longer term recommend the structure for and build a communications department
