We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Accountant fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, tax preparation, and treasury management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and interfaces), and experience with SAP accounting software.

Position available only in CDMX 

• Taxes:

  • Review applied withholdings
  • Prepare national tax returns and tax reports
  • Conduct tax planning

  Accounting:

  • Review accruals
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Review and analyze accounting accounts
  • Manage fixed assets
  • Apply local regulations
  • Perform reconciliations
  • Prepare detailed reports

  Treasury:

  • Verify payments and manage banking portal transactions
  • Legalize income from abroad

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and interfaces
• Experience with SAP accounting software
• Strong assertive communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Projected to contribute to the company in the medium to long term
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
