Overview

A Client Care Agent, also known as a Customer Care Agent or Customer Service Representative, plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its clients. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.

 

 

This is an onsite job in Barrio Vicente Lopez 

Responsibilities

- Email Correspondence (follow up, review, reply, etc.)
- Any correspondence with clients, including but not limited to Follow-up calls, scheduling calls, basic support, and payment follow-up calls.
- Follow up with clients via any communication methods, including but not limited to calls, emails, text, CRM, etc.
- Manage Databases
- Follow up on payments

- Maintain constant communication with the clients through calls, emails, texts, CRM, etc.
- Display outstanding Customer Service Skills to provide a great experience, leading potential clients to choose and recommend us
- Provide clear and complete information to the customer regarding their assessments and resolve their questions or concerns
- Provide essential support in case the client is having issues with the Videocall platform
- Keep the files updated with the latest interaction notes to promote organized and accurate management of the information and the client's assessment status
- Attend events scheduled by the company to ensure constant feedback on processes and the enrichment of our team skills
- Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Ability to speak fluent both English and Spanish

- 2+ years of professional working experience
- Attention to little details
- Open to feedback
- Able to process mail
- Experience of +6 months in a customer service position
- Ability to work under pressure
- Results-oriented and a valuable team member
- Basic Office envirnment skills
