We are seeking a talented and versatile Bilingual Copywriter (English-Spanish) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both languages and experience creating compelling content across online and offline channels.

 

This role requires a deep understanding of best practices for social media and paid media, as well as the ability to craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences. The Copywriter will collaborate with various teams to develop content that aligns with our brand voice and drives engagement
across all platforms.

 

This is an onsite job in CDMX 

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials in both English and Spanish.
  • Social Media: Develop content that aligns with best practices for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Craft posts that drive engagement and support the overall social media strategy.
  • Paid Media: Create compelling copy for paid media campaigns, including search ads, display ads, and social media advertising. optimize content to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
  • Offline Content: Write copy for print materials, such as brochures, direct mail, and promotional items, ensuring consistency with online messaging.
  • Bilingual Content Management: Adapt and translate content from English to Spanish and vice versa, maintaining the integrity of the message and ensuring cultural relevance for both language markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design, digital marketing, and product teams to develop cohesive and impactful content that aligns with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all copy is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging guidelines across all channels.
  • SEO & Analytics: Incorporate SEO best practices into copywriting to improve organic search rankings and monitor content performance using analytics tools. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Proofreading & Editing: Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and tone, ensuring that all copy is polished and professional.

Performance Metrics:

  • Quality and effectiveness of bilingual content across all platforms.
  • Engagement metrics for social media and paid media campaigns.
  • Timeliness and consistency in content production and publication.
  • Contribution to overall brand consistency and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting for both online and offline channels, with a strong portfolio showcasing bilingual work.
  • Proven experience in writing for social media platforms and paid media campaigns.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with exceptional writing and editing skills in both languages.
  • Ability to translate content while maintaining the tone and context appropriate for each audience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them in content creation.
  • Experience with paid media platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas that drive engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a multicultural or international marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of design principles and experience working with design teams to produce integrated content.
