Overview

The Investigations Department Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the team members’ workload, daily goals and KPI’s, ensuring compliance with the Firm’s policies, regulations and values.

Responsibilities

● Monitor and maintain team members’ performance metrics and KPIs.
● Take responsibility for the overall success and performance of the department.
● Provide reports and updates to upper management on departmental activities and progress.
● Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees within the department.
● Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their skills and workload.
● Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
● Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
● Collaborate with other departments to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
● Identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
● Represent the department in meetings, presentations, and cross-functional initiatives.
● Carry out other activities according to the guidelines and instructions provided by the Legal Line Manager.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 
● Previous experience in supervising, leading or managing teams.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Specific Job Requirements or screening questions required


● Languages: Spanish and English (minimum B2)
● Previous experience supervising, leading or managing legal teams
● Ability to work in fast-paced environments
● Availability to work 100% in office in Bogota (not remote nor hybrid)
