The Collections Specialist is a professional who is responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from those who owe. They must ensure that they keep their employer's assets safe while also making sure those responsible for unpaid bills are contacted immediately.

Onsite position in CDMX

• Requests and pursues payment on delinquent accounts via communication with account holders.
• Follows established guidelines to review and update account status.
• Maintains log of payment promises and pertinent account details; schedules follow-up communication with account holder. 
• Monitors accounts receivable and cash receipt reports.
• Performs other related duties, as required.

• BIlingual English/Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Two years of related experience in accounts receivable preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with account holders in a courteous manner.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• For Mexico:  Candidate must own their own equipment and stable Internet connection.
