Overview

The Bilingual Litigation Coordination will contact the clients to inform them about the interviews received from USCIS or court, address inquiries that clients have about the interviews, scheduled the prep’s on the calendars, prepare forms, be at the preparation interview call with the atty, take interpreters payments, follow up that every case is moving in our end, sending emails, The coordinator will also work closely with the team to maintain high customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
    •  Provide accurate information about interviews.
    • Assist in training new coordinators, including creating and delivering training materials.
    • Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and improve service quality.
    •  Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing customer service processes.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
    • Document Management: Organize and maintain case files, including correspondence, applications, and supporting documents.
    • Administrative Support: Schedule client appointments, maintain calendars, and manage attorney's time for efficient case management.
    • Translation and Interpretation: Assist with translation and interpretation services for clients who have limited English proficiency.


     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field of study.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish.
  • 2+ years of professional working experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
  •  Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing forms and preparing legal documents.
