The Paralegal Supervisor is responsible for conducting intake interviews, gathering client information, assessing case eligibility and providing guidance on the immigration process. This role also supervises all Intake Specialists. They ensure a smooth and efficient intake process to support the firm's client acquisition efforts

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their immigration needs, assess their eligibility and identify the appropriate legal services required.
  • Listen attentively, ask relevant questions, and provide expert guidance to build rapport and instill confidence in the firm's capabilities.
  • Effectively communicate the firm's unique value proposition, services, and benefits to potential clients.
  • Evaluate potential client cases based on eligibility criteria, complexity, and alignment with the firm's expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional client service, demonstrating empathy, and addressing their concerns.
  • Utilize sound techniques to close potential clients and secure their cases with the
  • Overcome objections, negotiate fees, and highlight the benefits of working with the firm to encourage clients to commit to the engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to ensure a smooth transition of cases from the client acquisition process to the legal team.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the client and their case to facilitate efficient case management.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, consultations, and sales activities in the firm's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Generate reports, track conversion rates, and provide regular updates to management on performance and client acquisition.

Qualifications

  • All candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Must be fully bilingual in Spanish & English.
  • Must possess 2+ of experience working at a law firm in client acquisition (Preferably in the Immigration field).
  • Must have at least one year of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead.
  • 50% Travel Requirement (USA).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to provide accurate guidance and advice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish trust and credibility with potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the client acquisition.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to potential clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed client acquisition targets and business objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

*Compensation range for this position is $63,750 - $125,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. This range is provided as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
