The Global HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions across multiple regions,
ensuring alignment with ALI L's policies, procedures, and legal requirements. This position requires a
proactive and adaptable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • HRIS Data Management
    • Maintain HRIS database records by entering new hires, terminations, and other employee changes.
    • Generate reports and analytics from the HRIS system to support HR decision-making and
    compliance requirements.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly auditing HRIS records and resolving discrepancies.
    Compliance and Policy Administration
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation or company
    requirements.
    • Provide support during audits and assist with HR-related documentation and reporting as needed .
    Onboarding and Offboarding
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment
    contracts, and new hire paperwork.
    • Assist with offboarding activities, including exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
    General Administrative Support:
    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and
    inclusion programs.
    • Handle inquiries from employees and external stakeholders and direct them to the appropriate
    person or resource.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration, or a related field is
    preferred.
    • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR department or related field.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with
    employees at all levels.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
