This is an onsite role in Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint
  Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
• Assist in the migration of data to Microsoft 365 services
• Implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud technologies and services such as MS
  Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Intune, MAM / MDM,
  Autopilot, and Windows Virtual Desktop.
• Implements, Conditional Access/Tenant policies, M365 mobile device management and
  Intune
• Identify security risks to our O365 environment and services and suggest mitigation
  solutions
• Analyzing, designing and implementing new technologies for applications within the
  O365 environment
• Work with various IT teams as required to support O365-related security initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 updates and best security practices
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365-related projects
• Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place for Microsoft 365 services

• Bilingual working proficiency skills in both English and Spanish
•  5+ years of experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments
•  Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and services.
•  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Experience with security and compliance in Microsoft 365.
•  Strong organizational and time management skills.
