Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst II to join our team and play a crucial role in organizing and analyzing data related to sales, market research, logistics, linguistics, and other relevant areas.
You will leverage your technical expertise to ensure data accuracy and quality, enabling meaningful insights. Through thorough analysis and strategic presentation of data, you’ll help drive informed decision-making for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
*100% Remote in Colombia*
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
- Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and
correct code problems. - Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions
using relevant data. - Collaborate with other members and management heads to identify process
improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data
governance strategies. - Prepare final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the
data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various
facts and trends. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study.
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI, Tableau, Looker or other visualization tool
- Bilingual: English/Spanish.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
