Overview

The Global Payroll Supervisor is responsible for managing the multiple locations payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. This role involves handling payroll data, maintaining employee records, supervising payroll team and complying with applicable laws and regulations. The Global Payroll Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Finance and HR teams and report to the Global Payroll Manager.

 

**Position is onsite , in Seattle, WA**

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage payroll for USA and Philippines locations.
  • Assisting with LATAM and Central America payroll process
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates or deductions.
  • Verify and validate timekeeping data from various sources to ensure proper payment for hours worked.
  • Prepare and process payroll-related tax filings and reports, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Calculate and administer employee benefits, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist with year-end payroll processes, including tax form preparations and auditing.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local state and federal payroll requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information and ensure data security.
  • Generate periodic payroll reports for management as required.
  • Assist with audits related to payroll and provide necessary documentation as needed.
  • Support other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing or Bookkeeping roles is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in supervising / managing a team
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
  • Familiarity with ADP payroll software is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and record-keeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
    effectively.
