Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Case Resolution
Department, which handles critical services such as Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of
Intent to Deny (NOIDs), Denials, work permit renewals, and similar post-submission processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in management, be fully bilingual in Spanish
and English, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. This individual
will also have a strong aptitude for leading and overseeing projects to improve departmental
efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Supervision:

Manage and mentor a team of paralegals, ensuring high performance and compliance
with organizational goals.
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to support team growth and
development.
Foster a collaborative, results-driven work environment while holding team members
accountable.
Project Leadership:
Initiate, plan, and oversee projects aimed at streamlining departmental workflows and
improving efficiency.
Ensure timely and successful completion of projects, meeting deadlines and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational
priorities.

Operational Management:

Supervise the preparation and submission of responses to RFEs, NOIDs, Denials, and
other USCIS requests.
Oversee work permit renewal processes and ensure cases are processed promptly and
accurately.
Develop and refine workflows to balance tight deadlines with high-quality output.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Conduct audits to ensure case submissions meet the highest standards of accuracy and
thoroughness.
Stay current on immigration laws and USCIS policy updates, ensuring team alignment
with best practices.
Collaborate with attorneys and manager to address complex case issues and develop
solutions.

Communication and Collaboration:

Serve as the main point of contact between the case resolution team, attorneys, and other
departments.
Maintain proactive communication with clients to manage expectations and provide case
updates.
Encourage collaboration within the team and across departments to address challenges
effectively.

Time Management and Reporting:

Prioritize and manage the department's workload, balancing urgent and ongoing tasks.
Create and present reports on team performance, project progress, and case outcomes to
upper management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


Language Skills: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal
communication skills in both languages.
Management Experience: At least 2 years if experience in a management role, preferably in a legal or
immigration services setting.
Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee projects, ensuring successful
completion within deadlines.
