We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Asset Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of IT assets, with a strong emphasis on financial oversight, vendor management, and contract administration. This pivotal role ensures cost efficiency, fosters robust vendor relationships, and guarantees compliance with licensing and contractual obligations. Candidates with a CPA designation are strongly preferred, as they bring valuable financial expertise to elevate this role. Additionally, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and support global operations.

Responsibilities

Asset Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for asset tracking, optimization, and compliance.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware, software, and related assets.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage IT asset budgets and forecasts.
  • Track and analyze IT asset costs to identify savings opportunities and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate depreciation calculations and reporting for financial compliance.

Vendor Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor vendor performance and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).

Contract Administration

  • Oversee the management of IT contracts, ensuring timely renewals, compliance, and alignment with budget forecasts.
  • Review and analyze licensing agreements to ensure adherence to terms and avoid penalties.
  • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to manage contract negotiations and amendments.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with software licensing, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Generate and present detailed reports on IT asset usage, costs, and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic audits of IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Bilingual Communication

  • Utilize bilingual (English/Spanish) skills to communicate effectively with diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Support global operations by providing clear documentation, training, and guidance in both English and Spanish.
  • Serve as a liaison between Spanish-speaking vendors or team members and English-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT asset management, financial analysis, vendor management, or contract administration.
  • Proficiency in IT asset management tools and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

Preferred:

  • CPA certification or equivalent financial designation.
  • Experience with ITIL practices and frameworks.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM and SAM

*Compensation range for this position is $86,250 - $162,500 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. This range is provided as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
