We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) in ServiceNow and the ability to manage and support global teams. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective collaboration across diverse teams and geographic regions

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of the IT infrastructure to support business operations.
  • Optimize infrastructure performance through capacity planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

IT Operations Management (ITOM)

  • Lead the implementation and management of ITOM processes in ServiceNow, including CMDB, discovery, event management, and service mapping.
  • Ensure accurate configuration and compliance within the CMDB to support operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITOM capabilities with broader ITSM processes.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and business units to align infrastructure strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Bilingual Communication

  • Leverage bilingual (English/Spanish) skills to effectively communicate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and support in both English and Spanish.
  • Facilitate bilingual meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment across regions.

Governance and Compliance

  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for infrastructure security, compliance, and risk management.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements across all IT operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate infrastructure risks.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Evaluate and implement tools and solutions to enhance IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years focused on ITOM in ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of ITOM modules, including CMDB, service mapping, and event management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure models.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor diverse teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Preferred:

  • Certifications in ServiceNow ITOM, ITIL, or relevant infrastructure technologies (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Microsoft).
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and their application to IT infrastructure.

*Compensation range for this position is $86,250 - $130,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. This range is provided as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
