Overview

The ideal candidate for this position is someone that will maintain and oversee the
Firm’s grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and
functional, guaranteeing supplies and all the logistics for an optimal operation of the
offices.

 

This is an on-site position at Lomas de Chapultepec

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities and Duties: 


● Oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth running of the organization’s
offices, equipment and facilities operations.
● Inspect facilities to meet safety regulations, resolve technical issues and
coordinate renovations and updates
● Provide service to our internal clients procuring a smooth operation of the office
● Responsible for monitoring, ordering and guaranteeing office and kitchen
supplies (for employees and clients)
● Responsible for the cleanliness, neatness and safety of the office
● Support set up of new hires in office in coordination with IT and Human
Resources
● Fill in for other duties done in the office as needed (like front desk, taking
payments, fingerprinting) procuring a smooth operation.
● Work with other teams like IT (to resolve IT issues), accounting (print checks, or
handling invoices from vendors) and Admin.
● Follow the format that we have in the each office (logos, signs, tv and videos,
photos, etc)
● Support the Marketing team in coordinating events and keeping track of SWAG
inventory
● Responsible for coordinating office events (Ex. Friday Lunch, Taco Tuesday,
Christmas party, etc)

● Receive from other members of the office payments from clients and keep them
safe. Daily conciliation of the money received and prepare and have ready the
deposit for twice a week Loomis pick up

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
● Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write and speak)
● Business Management, HR, 4 years degree or equivalent demonstrated
experience.
● At least 4 years of experience in Facilities management. 
● Prior administrative experience preferred.
● Knowledgeable in MS Office
● Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Detail-oriented
