This is an Onsite role at CDMX , in Lomas de Chapultepec 

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and manage project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and QA, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
    • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that arise.
    • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular project meetings and status updates, ensuring all team members are informed and aligned.
    • Manage expectations and address concerns of project sponsors and stakeholders.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
    • Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement proactive risk management strategies.
    • Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Address concerns and provide timely updates on project progress.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing project requirements.
