The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in producing engaging visual content across various platforms. This role involves assisting in the execution of design projects, following brand guidelines, and contributing fresh ideas while learning from senior team members.

• Design Support: Assist in the creation of designs for digital, print, and social media, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and other members of the design and marketing teams to execute visual assets that meet project goals.
• Content Development: Contribute creative ideas and solutions during brainstorming sessions for ongoing projects and campaigns.
• Project Execution: Assist in the production of layouts, graphics, and other visual elements, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
• Feedback Implementation: Revise and iterate designs based on feedback from the Senior Designer and other stakeholders.
• Learning & Development: Stay updated with design trends and best practices, seeking opportunities to develop skills and contribute more effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or working towards completion).
• 2-3 years of relevant design experience, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design and design systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Ability to follow directions and implement feedback.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design tools and techniques.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
