As a Project Manager Team Lead at ALIL, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious company-wide goals. You will lead high-impact projects, transforming high-level objectives into actionable plans with clear steps to deliver results. This role requires demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects and the ability to drive progress amidst competing priorities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the successful execution of projects.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Create detailed project plans to track progress, report metrics, and manage workflows effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, processes, and quality improvements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with the Head of PMO to develop strategies, vision, and goals for the PMO.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor and coach team members on project management best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field of study.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with proven leadership experience
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (Confluence, Jira,).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to change.
