We are seeking a proactive Systems Administration Team Leader to oversee the administration and optimization of key enterprise systems, including Salesforce, Twilio, Five9, Jira, and other critical IT platforms. This leadership role ensures system reliability, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives, while also managing systems for Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing.

What We Are Looking For As a Systems Administration Team Leader, you will manage a team of skilled system administrators, drive system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration across platforms. Your expertise will help the organization leverage technology to achieve strategic goals.

• Lead and mentor the Systems Administration team, ensuring professional growth and effective collaboration.
• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise systems including HR, Finance, and Procurement platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems align with business needs.
• Develop and enforce system policies, procedures, and standards.
• Drive initiatives for system upgrades, integrations, and process automation.
• Manage system security, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Provide strategic insights on technology enhancements to support business goals.

• 5+ years of experience in system administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, Twilio, Five9, Jira, and other enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish.
