Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Support Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of analysts in delivering exceptional support, insights, and solutions to enhance business operations. This role ensures the alignment of support initiatives with organizational goals, fostering continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For As the Business Support Team Leader, you will manage a team responsible for analyzing operational needs, providing first-line support, and executing training initiatives for users. You will also oversee the creation of processes to improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless support delivery.

 

100% Remote in Colombia

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Business Support Analysts team, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve system usage and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Manage the team’s workload, prioritizing support requests effectively.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance support delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team performance and achievements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven track record in team management and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish.
