A Client Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring positive interactions and relationships between a company and its clients. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. You will act as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive overall experience.

 

*This is an onsite job, our offices are located in Barrio Vicente Lopez  * 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Understand and respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction.
  • Identify and address client concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client problems.
  • Document and track client interactions and resolutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions or assistance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' goals and challenges.
  • Stay informed about the company's products and services.
  • Provide clients with information about new offerings or updates.
  • Assist clients in optimizing their use of products or services.
  • Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences.
  • Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes based on feedback.
  • Provide training and support to clients on product usage.
  • Create and maintain educational materials for clients.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 3+ years experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Empathetic and patient.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Bilingual In English and Spanish.
  • Willing to work in office 100%.
  • Previous experience in a Law Firm a plus.
